How to Automate Internal Notifications Between Departments
At many businesses, a process that involves more than one department depends on someone manually letting the next one know when their part is done: “it’s ready, you can proceed.” If that person forgets, is busy, or simply doesn’t notify in time, the process stalls — not because there’s work left to do, but because the communication that it can move forward is missing.
