Yes. We connect to any system that has an API — CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Mercado Libre or Tiendanube, WhatsApp Business, management tools like Odoo or Zoho, your own databases, or older legacy systems. When it makes sense, we also work with automation tools like n8n or Zapier. If your system doesn't have an available API, we evaluate what alternative can still connect it.

Odoo, Zoho and similar platforms are management systems (ERP/CRM) with their own built-in automations, and they make a lot of sense when you need a complete management system for your business. What we do is complementary: we build automations and AI directly on top of those platforms — or any other system you already use — to add capabilities they don't come with out of the box, like generative AI, conversational agents, or custom recommendation systems.

The system is 100% yours, code included, and you can do whatever you want with it. If you'd rather not deal with the day-to-day, you can hire us for monthly maintenance (monitoring, adjustments, updates) or to add new features later on. And if at some point you put together your own internal team, we hand over full documentation and do a knowledge transfer so they can carry on independently.
